I have got disconnected from the server Hephaestos 5 mins ago and I cannot enter the game right now.  It says The user is already connected. It is same for my both chars.

I have been getting dc problem error since February 19, how many times I tried it still not resolved jcplanet could not do a good job. Their system sucks and nobody cares properly. The support system is very bad.
