JC Planet Co., Ltd. and its affiliate companies (collectively "JC Planet") wishes to respect the privacy of its online visitors and recognizes the importance of providing an environment which is reasonably secure in combination with information policies which are disclosed to customers and visitors. JC Planet websites and online services involve sophisticated gaming which generally requires a mature sense of logic and gameplay. They are not, therefore, directed to children under the age of 13. Effective when this version of the Privacy Policy becomes effective, if a person seeking to register for a JC Planet service indicates that they are under the age of 13, and they are located in the United States, JC Planet will not accept their registration and will not retain their personal information. Parents with children under the age of 13, residing in the United States, who wish to have those children utilize JC Planet websites or online services should provide the personal information of the parents, not of the children. JC Planet believes it has taken adequate precautions so that all information collected will remain secure. It is important that you maintain the security of all passwords, answers to security questions and other means of access to JC Planet. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to assure that third parties to whom we transfer any data will provide appropriate protection of personal information.

10) What is account sharing policy between JC Planet and gamengame.com?
JC Planet and gamengame.com games are able to be played for both users, and there are steps of information detailed below for transferring accounts to be played games using both sites.

1. Newly registered account in JC Planet will also be registered in gamengame.com as well.
2. An existing JC Planet user must agree the term then will be able to play the game in mr.jcplanet.com and many other games in gamengame.com as well.
3. When an e-mail has already registered in JC Planet in the past, will not transferred information to gamengame.com.
4. Account’s information and password of an account are managed individually in the both JC Planet and gamengame.com.
5. Email and password are only things that we need for transferring account information to gamengame.com, and this information are only needed for an auto register purposes.
